Standard tracked delivery is £5.99 for physical-product orders, regardless of basket value. There is no free-delivery threshold. Digital gift cards are delivered by email with no shipping charge.
Can I choose an exact delivery day?
No. The basket records your preferred week, not a guaranteed day. Our planned tracked service takes approximately 3–5 working days after dispatch.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to England, Scotland and Wales. We do not deliver to Northern Ireland (BT postcodes), Jersey, Guernsey, the Isle of Man or destinations outside Great Britain.
Where can I see my delivery charge?
